3000 Series Boxcar roof ribs

I am building a D&RGW 3000 series box car and would like to know how thick the ribs or batten strips are on the murphy roof. There are no dimensions given on my plans. I presume the end battens are 6" wide and the rest are 5" wide. If someone knows off the top of their head, the information would be appreciated.
