I am curious to know the status of the litigation involving former operator George Bartholomew. As I recall, the Commission sued Bartholomew, who counter-sued for breach of contract. What were the circumstances that led up to the lawsuits? Surely the Commission must have checked into Bartholomew's credentials before he was selected to operate the railroad. What is he doing now? Still in the railroad business?
