OK, everyone here is the solution. Yours truly got his P's and Q's mixed up.
The times I posted for train 115 are correct however the AM PM portion need to be switched and they should read: Crew on duty 10:45 AM depart Alamosa 1:00PM, arrive Osier 4:00 PM and wait 2 hours 30 minutes for rotary OM to arrive.
Rotary OM arrived Osier 6:15 PM. Train 115 depart Osier 6:35 PM.
Rotary OM departed Big Horn 9:00 PM after turning and setting out car of coal. Arrived Los Pinos 11:25 PM, shoveled out switches, went through siding and departed 12:10 AM (Mar 5).
I hope this avoids the head on collision.
