LK&P Passenger Cars

LK&P - Lahaina, Maui
I have seen a reference that an OR&L Combine was on the property for a while and perhaps used as a gift shop - I believe this car was off the KRR also - it seems to have disappeared in the mid 1980s - does anyone know what happened to it?
Over the years additional passenger cars have been added to the line and are named. Looking for the total number of cars and names, here is what I am aware of, also this past summer I observed 2 yellow painted air featuring AC but did not get the numbers / names.

The last rolling stock question, it appears when OSCo #5 was moved back to Hawaii, the cane car on display with it in Travel Town was moved with also. I have not seen it around lately, was it sold off?
