My vote goes with the concept but the location is horrible. There is zip-zero-diddly space there at 32nd street that is not developed. You wouldn't even have room for a parking lot unless you kick the recycling center out. I'm sure the market wouldn't be happy to share their spaces! Add to that the fact that its two blocks off the main drag, hidden from view of the Hwy 550 tourist traffic by the commercial and residential development, and that's enough to kill the revenues.
Something further north with breathing and parking lot room, visibility to passing tourists and space for expansion. Maybe up around MP 455 where there is open space or near Home Ranch. Of course, the ideal would be a lot adjacent to the D&S depot grounds (did someone say 'level McDonalds?'
