Whitcomb locomotive

I am looking for a source for the Whitcomb Locomotive Works builders list. More specifically I want to know the weight and owner history of Whitcomb #13208, a 36" gauge gas mechanical locomotive built in 1940 with a Waukesha engine. The locomotive model number is _GM39 and I believe she was used in the Tri State zinc mining area around Quapaw, Oklahoma. Her overall dimensions are the same as the 8 or 10 ton Whitcombs like the Nevada County Narrow Gauge #11, but she is more stylized.
