I think the problem here is differentiating "news" from documenting performance. It is not particularly newsworthy that the CHS is failing to meet their promises, not to mention pissing away the taxpayers money. That was pretty obvious from the git go, and frankly don't think most readers here need to be reminded of it. It's certainly not news, and I for one would prefer that the performance be documented elsewhere, since it sounds an awful lot like sour grapes when posted here.
And let's try to seperate Railstar from the process of painting CHS black.
I can only hope that somewhere in the Colorado political process there is some mechanism for holding the CHS reponsible for its actions.
