UP harrassing hobbyists , may affect D&RGW too! *LINK*

Hi, All -
As if the two-bit lawyers running the CHS weren't bad enough, seems there is a REAL nut-case ex-CIA nazi at Union Pacific who has gone off the deep end. UP is apparently suing hobbyists who use their logo, and even hobby shops that sell calendars with photos of UP equipment in them. They have also asserted a need to 'protect' the logos of their "fallen flags" like WP, SP, MP and - we presume - D&RGW from unauthorized use.
Talk about insanity! U.P. spends millions every year on public relations, and then this dumb-ass broad gets them a whole lot of free negative publicity that undoes all the good will that the steam program generates, and undermines their corporate credibility to boot!! Danger, Danger, Will Robinson - DOES NOT COMPUTE!!!
I think Roger should set aside his work on our "Save #483" project for a couple of days, and start producing some "Union Pacific is WAY Off Track!!" and "DERAIL Mainwaring" bumper stickers ...
