Denver 's Union Station

Some time ago someone asked about the status of Denver's Union Station. There was a rumor that it was to be torn down. Not true. The October 27-November 2, 2000 Denver Business Journal has an article about the historic building starting on page 6B. There are definite plans in the works to include the building as a transportation hub linking Light Rail, Amtrak, commuter bus, and of course the now infamous (on paper) commuter train to the airport. A good article with good photos. Although the station is not a narrow gauge subject(it was at one time), the article is worth taking a look.
