Knott's work

The 41's driver let me take a look on his personal break time. Very nice and they are proud of their work. All I had to do is ask nicely. He told me it took five years. I presume they do the work before or after the days work.
He said they spent a couple of years just sanding down and re-varnishing the interior. All the brass fixtures were restored as the kitchen and stoves. They have done a first class job.
The Durango is in the shop getting brand new redwood exterior. They will re-paint it in the San Juan Green and Gold I was told.
A big celebration is scheduled for next summer hope to see you there.
