Thanks Charlie,
Some additional good info.
Helps to clear some areas that while we won't know everything about the situation, it sheds some light on the subject.
Its too bad (hindsight wise) that the internet and this web site didn't come into being about 20 to 30 years ago. Just think about how much additional knowledge would have been available from the few old heads alive (even) at that time!
