Any info on this huckleberry locomotive? *PIC*

I was out taking the boat for its first run today (The engine block (4.3L V-6) cracked over the winter due to trapped water. Boy, cast iron is a pain to weld, and is VERY tempermental to rapid cooling/heating. It was my first cast iron weld)
Turns out the boat runs great, though I have not had it up to speed yet.
Anyways, there is a locomotive next to the tracks on display with a flat car full of logs. What is the history behind this locomotive, and are there any plans to ever get it into operating condition again?
Also, someone should take santa and the rest of the christmas decorations off of it
