Check out the friends web page, Ed had a post there. Yes she is back on her feet. One thing that I would like to know, and hopefully
Ed will post it when he gets time. How many wheels hit the ties, the front pilot, pilot and the front drivers, or was she all the way on the ground?
When the 19 went on the ties last spring, there were 2 sets of drivers on the ground, plus the front pilot. Took about 3 hours to gather up all the stuff to re-rail her and about 15 minutes to accomplish the task. Ed noted about 25 hours, so guess 487 was looking pretty sad, with all her wheels on the ground.
