Micheal,
Almost any pressure vessel can be approved, the question is at what pressure.
Before you ask, yes we've done form 4's and are in the process of doing another one (and boiler work)now.
In the #12's case it could be as low as half the rated design pressure (200 psi) with it's current design.
Of course since the loop isn't under the FRA, it's a moot point..... Jerry
