D&RGW work cars

Hi, I have followed this list for a couple of years but have never really felt the need to post anything, but I do have a couple of questions that hopefully someone will be able to shed some light on. Were the boxcars that were converted to outfit cars painted sea foam green inside, as the cabooses were, or did they simply remain unpainted? In particular D&RGW 04022 and 04013, since I just purchased these kits from Cimarron car works and am planning on installing an interior in them. Also in regards to the cars, does anyone have an interior plan or some photos that they wouldn’t mind sharing.
