Yes, most certainly pipe dreams to say the least...just a look at the bare boiler brings a strange thought. Thanks for sharing the progress at the museum.
As-requested, the nameless owner of the Sac. Brick was written originally into the article as just that, nameless. I remember some things more than others! Before the article is released, I'd be happy to supply the link once the site is online (but not yet linked up) for a proofread.
Also, the Henschel at the Northern Queen Inn under the roof there was at the High Country RR in Golden (Heritage Square), CO, operating into the 80s...there's an article covering that as well in the next issue with some photos of it running, and not.
