490 series locos

I am interested in knowing what the condition of the three 490s series locomotives that are on the property in Chama and Antonito are in and what it would take to restore them. Are any of them too far gone to be restorable, e.g., boilers dating back to 1903? How harmful has it been to have them stored outside for so many years? I am hopeful that someone who knows the engines and the feasibility of restoring them might provide some insight. Many thanks.
