Anyone on list who works for the White Pass?

I'm hoping to contact someone working for the White Pass for info on whether tours are offered or possible of the shop facilities. The family is heading to Skagway in a couple of months (unfortunately, I can't join them) and my uncle will need to skip the train ride due to health problems. He would very much like to see the shops, though.
