Mr. Bell and the CHS have been busy negotiating with Breckenridge to use the #111 and if you follow the link to the 1/11/05 Breckenridge Council agenda and then click on the CHS contract item on page 33 > you can see the draft. Read the memorandum which precedes the contract to see what a tangled web these guys have woven.
Looks like Mr. Bell and CHS are going to pull the old bait and switch with the C&S #9. I just wonder who will represent Mr. Wolthoff (CHS attorney)when the CHS is investigated for conflict of interest? The CHS is specifically barred from awarding SHF grants for its own use (8 CCR 1504-8 Section 5.1)so they are using Breckenridge to be the grant recipient of $300,000 to restore the #111 engine for the CHS use.
When is someone in Denver going to wake up to the con job that CHS is pulling and misappropriation of state assets?
