Hi Alan-
Yes, this "East Tincup" was a Western-themed amusement park somewhere in the Denver area with 15" live steam. That could be it...
As to where the Royal Gorge locomotive went, a mystery...the earliest postcard I found of it was dated 1925!
Below on display at Royal Gorge...(behind it is its replacement, an Ottaway Amusement 14" ga. "Rocketliner"). Now its one of those Chance 2' trains...
