Hancock, Colorado depot ?

In Ken Jessen book, "Ghost Towns" it mentions this about a railroad depot at Hancock, Colorado - "Another resident related that the railroad depot burned to the ground in the early 1890s and was not replaced." Is this true. Does anyone have a date when this structure might have been built or destroyed.
