Folks,
Thanks for the information. i had no idea that the wooden deck of the tender drame would help cushon the tank above.
As for the changes to the loco during its life, you can go on for days about that one. Take a very ols loco like the William Crooks, there is not much that left the builders shop
I am just glad that the remaining 2-8-0s have been getting the attention they deserve. Now if only we had a D&RG 4-4-0 to see operate. i guess that Dan Markoff's Eureka will have do that.
