I was cleaning up my dad's place and ran across two railroad signs. They are a sheet metal rectangle, about 10" x 20" with two 6" diameter holes on either side of the post. What did this signify? I thought I remembered seeing an article on signs in one of the model rr magazines in the past few months, but darned if I could find it tonight.
They came off the EBT, along with two EBT 3 way harp switch stands and some other stuff that he bought from them back in 1955. Any help would be appreciated.
