No Goose #5 on C&TS this year - why?

Just got the current newsletter from the Galloping Goose Historical Soc in Dolores, and they say that for the second year running, things are just not working out for running Goose #5 on the C&TS.
It is running on the D&S for railfest.
I was wondering if anyone knows why, and if there's anything we can do to help change that. I probably can't make it out there this year, but I'm sure many folks miss the 'ole Goose running over the pass, right?
