I am aware at least one of the 3' speeders may be an M15 from the WP&Y. There is one like it rotting away in the city park in Skagway. But I would bet most of the others are conversions from standard gauge M19's, MT19's and MT14's. There is an MT14 here in Maine converted to 2' gauge! Not a real difficult conversion. A Narcoa member is selling axles made for 3' gauge which is the hardest part.
