Please remember those in Florida and South Georgia and South Carolina who have had to deal with hurricanes.
The remnants of Frances is marching through Georgia and here at the foothills of the mountains (1000 feet above mean sea level) we have had power out three times since yesterday about 8AM. (from 4 hours to six hours each time).
Now a third one is headed to Florida, rumored to be the first time in recorded history a state has been hit by three hurricanes in one season.
My family has been fortunate, just minor inconvienence.
Sorry about the non-narrow gauge post.
How about the Gainesville Jefferson and Southern was known as the Jug Tavern route for narrow gauge reference?
Doug.
