Hi, I am a member of the NCNG.
Yes, as you stated, the 'Antelope & Western' is a tourist line, which ran in Roseville in the 1950s. The 0-4-0 is actually from the Sacramento Brick Company. Yes, it has run although not since the aniversary. Right now Hal is building a tender for it from a WSL dump car(Yes, it had one for wood storage during it's days on the sac brick) and at that time it will be returned to it's as-built appearance.
