Scott,
It is obvious that Mr. Bell is the CHS employee in charge of rewriting their history to fit their particular perspective.
In my opinion, his and Mr. Beherens' actions and the lack of any response on the part of the higher-ups at the CHS put the reputation of the entire organization into question.
