Ray,
Sorry I didn't catch this one sooner.
The Town Talk tunnel is pretty much gone, I've never gone looking for it but I speculate because of the growth around the tunnel location there is most likely no trace of it.
The You Bet tunnel can still be found but its tricky. I've never been out to look for it myself, however you apparently go to the boat launch at the end of You Bet Road. If you stand on the launch itself you are pretty much on top of the tunnel. If you walk a little north or a little south you should come on to the openings.
I am sorry I can't be more descriptive on how to find it, but as of last year atleast one opening was still visible if you looked around for it.
