Mallory Hope Farrell is writing a seven part series on the Rio Grande’s C-16 Consolidations for the Narrow Gauge and Short Lint Gazette, with the first installment appearing in the current May/June issue. This article is well illustrated with eight pictures and a detailed drawing, and is a must for those interested in these neat little locomotives.
