C&S#9 in Twin Cities?

A source in Silver Plume called to tell me that #9 was headed to the Twin Cities.
Wondering if that North Star Rail bunch might be involved. That is where Milwaukee Road #261 is based and they are doing a ton of restoration of many pieces of equipment. I understand too, that it is one heck of a fine, and big operation.
Anybody on the board from the Twin Cities area, to give us some information?
