I just read that Rico has received Colorado funds to rehabilitate their RGS water tank. Restoration work is supposed to be done this year. People in Rico are also considering laying some track next to the water tank on the ROW to display a few pieces of equipment. Some of the equipment that the Durango & Silverton wants to get rid of this year would look great in Rico. The rails of the soon to be gone Durango storage track could also find a new home in Rico.
