And the dirtier the black, the better. You can't begin to imagine the negativity we got in May, 2010, when the C&TS allowed us to paint #489's jacket green, and then later that year when we grotesquefied #487 with an histœrically accurate re-creation of the Hollyweird makeup that #483 was wearing when she pulled the first C&TS train into Chama.
But IMHO, scarlet counterweights do trump scarlet wheel rims.
