So if the switch is set for the left road and you wanted to go to the right road, you would have to throw both levers, and in the correct sequence or one would be trying to push the other blades over?
I'm trying to get my head around this one, they used to be popular on the narrow gauge here in South Australia at the turn of the previous century but have been removed for nigh on 100 years now with none left in operation.
