Thanks folks for the kind words and thoughts. I was blessed with a wonderful life partner. She loved her adopted country. She became an American citizen in Oklahoma and was proud of her "Semi Sooner" nickname. Air Force picked her as Volunteer of the Year in 1974. Anne continued to do volunteer work for the Air Force several years after I retired.

Anne loved to visit Durango, she loved the Mexican food at Francisco's, the honey from Honeyville, Mesa Verde, and an Indian jewelry store in Cortez. We had planned to move to Durango after I retired from Hewlett-Packard, but she became very ill with Parkinson's. I retired and cared for her for 8 years. Before she passed she told me I should go ahead and do what we planned.
