Thanks for the info, Russ. I'd imagine they wouldn't be able to leave the yard until they fit some proper couplers on the locomotive as well. A few weeks ago, I happened to be in the right place and at the right time to catch them move #107 to the Machine Shop to install something, IIRC it was "The Generator", but I think it was something else that had to utilize the overhead crane they have in there. Because there were no couplers installed, it was maneuvered around the yard using chains. They were however able to showcase operational locomotive breaks.
