NNG - Photos of D&RGW 1165 in SLC - Question?

September 20, 2020 06:36AM
These photos aren't very sharp as they were sent to me by one of niece's trying to get a date stamp or timeline when they were
possibly taken. She was given the charge by her mother in law, who is the daughter of this locomotive engineer. My niece new that I had this thing for liking steam locomotives especially Rio Grande versions. I gave her a guesstimate and she accepted it. But since there are so many on this Narrow Gauge discussion forum that know much more than I, I was hoping that someone might have more of an accurate guess. Please Help. Kmetzsch was his last name if that would help.
