Once again one of our occasional posters, James Waite from England, has authored another all-color book about n.g. railroads.

This one is titled Narrow Gauge in the Americas. It is a 120 page book covering narrow-gauge railroads from Alaska to Patagonia in Argentine. About half the book is devoted to North American lines from Maine to California to Alaska. The remainder of the book takes the reader from Mexico through Central America and then South America.

This is a project that James Waite wrote about several months ago: Ways to support your tourist railroad . . .. The publisher, Mainline & Maritime in England, is giving a portion of the direct sales to help fund the Talyllyn Railway in Wales during the Coronavirus Lockdown Period
