Carnival -- I understand through a subsidiary, Holland America Princess Alaska Tours -- has only a minority interest in the White Pass.

White Pass & Yukon Route was purchased by Klondike Holdings, LLC on August 1, 2018.

Klondike Holdings, LLC is an ownership group formed of majority partner Survey Point Holdings and its affiliates and long time partners based in Seattle along with minority partner Carnival PLC.

White Pass is engaged in passenger tourist transportation and related services along parts of the 110 mile White Pass & Yukon Route railway which runs from Skagway, Alaska, to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. The railway was completed in 1900 and has operated exclusively as a historical tourist attraction since 1988.

Survey Point Holdings is out of Ketchikan, Alaska and provides port services at various ports throughout southeast Alaska.
