There was only one 14' flat/box car on D&RG. It was photographed at the factory both with and without gondola boards. The box cars were also built on the 14' underframe as were hoppers for the Utah Northern.... B&S had standard designs. Saying "I know for a fact" is misleading. There were 90 14' flat cars built by B&S... but from the time they arrived the number of cars started to drop...Railroads are tough on cars, particularly flat cars...
