Record of bridge 1103 being built in 1892. This pile 5 span trestle would have been built to this Union Pacific plan if it was "narrow gauged". By the 1920s, 4 of the 6 bents were replaced with frame bents to the C & S design. One of the frame battered (angled) upright remains there today a short distance from the bridge site. Piles dating from 1892 from the #3 bent remain in the bushes today also. A bolt with nut and numerous washers of the UP design have been recovered, catalogued and acessononed by the Como Archaeological and Genealogy Team.
