WW&F Railway - First steam powered freight of the season

The WW&F ran a special freight train today Aug. 6th to deliver three carloads to the Maine Locomotive & Machine Works. Two of the flatcars contained original machines from the B&SR shop that closed in 1941. The equipment has been in storage at Maine Narrow Gauge for about 30 years and will be used in a planned replica machine shop. The third car has a load rail for our customer to extend their siding.
