And just for something different, here is some South Australian steam, this is footage of the 'Afghan Express' run by the Pichi Richi Railway Preservation Society, a preserved 3'6" gauge railway in outback South Australia. This train now runs from Pt Augusta thru the Pichi Richi Pass to Quorn, this train originally continued on to Alice Springs in Australia's dead heart, the line beyond Quorn was ripped up many years ago, the loco and carriages were used on this service.
