Sorry for any lack of clarity, by "pair together"with 346 I did not necessarily mean double-head but rather be able to rotate out for each other (such as the two engines at Knotts do) and pull similar loads around the museum's loop. If I recall correctly, 20's restoration was started well before fixing up 491 started to look realistic.
