The 2nd edition seems to be available at the following webpage. Ordering through Paypal from the site seems to work but I don't see much activity since 2018. I've emailed them and will let you know if I hear back and order (I'm still working with the first edition). [www.quickpicbooks.com]

BHI responded - they are still selling but shipping can be up to 4-6 weeks. The Century +10 2nd edition is still available but there will be no more printed so if you want one get it now.
