If he’s a member of your group, sounds like a book that would be good to have. I hope to do some more abandoned line exploring in Colorado than I’ve done on past visits (darn, I would love to go on one of the Red Mountain hikes that were just posted, with the Ridgway RR Museum folks). We were in Santa Fe just this past March and I’ve explored bits of the Chili Line from the car on previous visits, so this would certainly be a step up. Hiking a bit of the Barranca Hill grade would be fun - that was posted on the Forum recently as well.
