It was, but there were a few subtle differences and two different lengths, nominally 17' and 14'. My perspective measurements/drawings show the '12 foot' boxcar (should be the same frame as the 14' flat) as being an actual 13'11.5" from pin center to pin center and 12'1" over the end sills (with a house 10'9.5" outside/10'2" inside) and the 17' flat as 17'7.5" from pin center to pin center with side sills 16'8" LOA.
