Nice to see 493 running. Thanks for braving the elements and posting it. The rain is nice to see. It really highlights the steam, and I am sure is welcome given the dry winter. As for the snake, it looked like a gopher snake (we love them around here (rural San Diego County). They help keep the rodent population under control.
