Say what you want about Beebe’s historical accuracy, he sure had an eye for photos, and no wonder he featured this one. [
digital.denverlibrary.org] I see it’s one of five Perry took that day. Four of the passenger and one of 361 on a freight. The lighting is superb.
I still like Perry’s shot of C&S 68 in Platte Canyon as my favorite tho, due to the human element. [
digital.denverlibrary.org] But he took so many great photos, it’s hard to pick just one
