When I saw years (decades?) ago, the locomotive was inside the storage building on the county museum site. And if I recall correctly, it still had its vacuum brakes.

I was in the area for an Association of Railways Museums annual conference being hosted by the now Pennsylvania Trolley Museum. I had an extra days for touring before and after the meeting.
